Non-profit Marketing & Fundraising Internship - develop and implement marketing and fundraising strategies (based mostly on Internet and e-mail) targeted to individuals and corporations; research funding opportunities and write proposals. Paid full time position as a Director of Marketing & Fundraising may be offered at the end of this internship

Public Relations - support our public relations effort, develop media contacts and relationships, secure press coverage and publish press releases

Skills: experience in PR, effective writing and communication skills

Commitment: 1-4 hours per week ongoing

Grant Writer - experienced Grant Writer needed to provide direction in locating grant opportunities and writing grant proposals

Skills: experience and knowledge of effective grant writing, web research

Commitment: 20-40 hours to complete the project, up to 2 hour per week ongoing

Benefit Director - organize and run benefit dinner, dance and other events in volunteer's local area, find and manage volunteers, perform marketing and PR.

Skills: good organizational skills, creativity and imagination.

Commitment: Flexible, up to 40 hours per event

Web and Graphical Design

Graphics Designer - design business cards, stationary, flyers, newsletters, annual reports, web graphics

Skills: Adobe suite, Microsoft Word

Senior Web Designer - develop and implement new web design for our web site, work with Graphics Designer and Web Programmer.

Skills: Adobe, Dreamweaver, java script, HTML, search engine optimization

Commitment: 20-40 hours to complete the project, up to 2 hour per week ongoing

Web Programmer - automate Projects and Donate pages on the web site using Java Script.

Skills: experienced web programmer, diligent, client Java Script, SQL or Access database

Commitment: 40-60 hours to complete the project, up to 1 hour per week ongoing

Russian Web Designer - work with translators and manage translating our web page into Russian.

Skills: Dreamweaver, HTML, Russian search engine optimization
