The UNESCO club for children welfare "Path-Sunny Side" (city of Tuapse, Krasnoyarsk region) would like to thank the Ascent Russian Orphan Aid Foundation (AROAF) for its financial support of meals provided to a group of children between December 24, 2003 and January 8, 2004.

The group consisted of orphans and orphanage students, children from troubled, destitute and large families. Because of AROAF's generous support, we were able to provide complete, healthy, and vitamin-rich meals to 14 children, which is especially important for kids with poor health.

The children and we are especially pleased to know that the AROAF is led by Kir Bogouslavski, who is familiar with our line of work since his childhood. We know him for many years as an honest and conscientious man who sincerely and forcefully cares about Russian children.

Those supporting Bogouslavski's Foundation can be absolutely sure that their help will find its intended addressee-a particular child in need, in a country going through social convulsions.

On January 8, 2004, our children has decided to invite American kids to visit the peaceful Black Sea Coast-an understandable if naive act driven by gratitude. I remember how they worried about American children on September 11th, and thought about pitching more tents for those American kids in need of help and compassion.

Children are souls of our two nations; with your help, they brought us closer together. Thank you.

On behalf of the UNESCO club "Tropa," Yuri Ustinov, the Club President, "Grace" Award (Radio Rossiya) Laureate for helping homeless children, British Council Diploma Laureate for work with at-risk children
