Project Description The Olga Orphanage is situated in a remote northern district of the Primorsky region (town of Dalnegorsk) 350 Miles from Vladivostok. The orphanage was built in 1976 and there have not been funds to repair the wooden structure. The wood window frames are rotten and the wind blows through the cracks year round. This project will replace all the windows in the building and thoroughly insulate them. |
