Hope Family Commune village is located in Karelia, 5 hours away from St. Petersburg and Commune's other units. Children and staff travel this distance weekly bringing food, medicine and supplies to the remote Karelian village of Tervu. "Volga" sedan that was used by the Commune for all their transportation needs is used up beyond repair. It was their only transportation option and the Commune has used it for all their passenger and cargo transportation for the last few years. It does not run anymore and has almost no resale value. The Commune urgently needs a minivan to continue their operation. They found a great deal for a cargo-passenger Volksvagen vinivan from Germany for $6500. There were able to raise $2000 from local supporters. Let's help them with the rest!

«Hope Family Commune» is engaged in rescue special categories of Children in St.-Petersburg and in a part-time farm of a commune settlement Tervu republics of Karelia. Our Pupils of a commune from among children and the youth, the parents who have lost care which are taking place in social - dangerous position, requiring for social rehabilitation. They are Children of 12-20 years who appeared thrown out for a board of a life which in the recent past lived in the street, spent the night in cellars. Appeared Rejected the state.
