"Schors general education school is relatively young. Our first, small milestone – 5 years since foundation, we have celebrated in September, 2006. Happy is the child who has family: mother and father, many relatives. For our children this family is Kazka, where they are surrounded by warmth and care. There is not a day, not an hour, when there would not be found, kindhearted people who would help children in need. Any interest, help or support – are signs of care, concern and attention."

Schors is a boarding school for children without families and children with families who suffer from extreme poverty and can no longer care for them. Currently there are 144 children from grades 1-9 living at Schors. The staff consists of 28 predominantly young people who are friendly and have a creative spark. Schors faces unique challenges because they reside in a romote area of the Ukraine.
