The Gorlovka Technical Vocational School is home to 240 orphans and is located in Gorlovka, Ukraine. The Institution was created in 1960, but the physical structures were built in 1925 and haven't been repaired since 1965. The conditions in the dormatory are fairly primitive and many of the fixtures are in desparate need of attention.

The facility contains several workshops. Here the young people are taught the necessary skills to be locksmiths, carpenters, house painters, masonry workers and other types of vocational occupations. The equipment at the school is old but the instructors take good care of it and it still functions.
