Mr. Jonathan Soverns joins the Ascent Russian Orphan Aid Foundation as its Vice-President.
March 31, 2005 -Kihei, HI: We are pleased to announce a new addition to the Ascent family of volunteers! In March of 2005, Mr. Jonathan Soverns has joined the Ascent Russian Orphan Aid Foundation as its Vice-President.
Jonathan's primary function will be administering the banking and accounting portions of Ascent. He brings to Ascent a decade of banking and finance experience. Kirill and Jonathan have a common vision, a common goal in providing aid for the 4 million orphans in Russia.

Says Jonathan Soverns "My friend, Mr. Kirill Bogouslavski, has developed an impressive network of volunteers and supporters, and it's my goal to continue to help further develop the support basis for the kids, focusing on providing them the skills they will need to enter the world as productive young adults. Ascent has accomplish a great many things in the past two years, and there is still exists a need for the generosity and care that the Foundation provides."

Mr. Bogouslavski adds, "We are both very excited to be working together, because we truly believe that the sky is the limit! Jonathan and I are united with a common vision, a common goal. With the help, support, and generosity of our volunteers and contributors we believe that the difficulties the homeless youth in Russia face, can be overcome. The 4th quarter donations for the year 2004 were the largest ever since Ascent was founded. The foundation accepted about $30,000 in donations from its generous contributors from all over the world."
Ascent Russian Orphan Aid Foundation is a non-profit charity that spends 100% of donations to provide basic necessities such as food, clothing and
shelter to Russian orphans and homeless children. They do not receive any compensation for their work and pay for all operating expenses out of their own pocket.
Monies contributed go directly to an orphanage to help complete a project selected
